Software Architecture
 
Software Architecture is a structured process that focuses on the interaction with the software developers. Most software development projects require software a software architecture phase in order to communicate the organization's business needs into technical terms. The software architecture is the blueprint of what is going to be implemented in technical terms, so that the developers can implement.
Business and Functional Analysis
 
Business Analysts analyze the organization and design and businesses, assess business models and their integration with technology. The responsibilities of the Business Analyst include (and are not limited to) the following whether designing a small or enterprise application:
  • Business Requirements - what needs to be achieved
  • Functional Requirements - what the product must do in order to achieve the business requirements
  • User Requirements - the stakeholders' requirements are properly interpreted
  • QoS (Quality of Service) Requirements - additional non-business requirements that are needed to support the functionality of the application
  • Deployment (or Implementation) Requirements - the requirements to transition for current state to desired future state
Project Management
 
Project Management (or Enterprise Project Management - EPM) is the ideal solution for an organization to enable the coordination and standarize the efforts between projects, project managers, resource management and reporting.

EPM brings together client, server and web-based technologies to enable your organization, department, or team to manage company-wide projects and align business initiatives for better results.
Training Services
 
Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are the premier technical and instructional experts in Microsoft products, technologies, and solutions. To ensure a superior learning experience for our customers, MCTs are the only individuals that Microsoft authorizes to deliver training that is based on Official Microsoft Learning Products or Microsoft Dynamics Learning Products for the MCT program.

MCTs meet high initial and on-going certification requirements and enjoy access to many benefits. Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) are required to teach Microsoft courses based on the Microsoft Official Curriculums. These curriculums are include manuals, presentation materials, animations, video clips and diagrams to aid the student in their learning.
