The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is the nation's largest metropolitan planning organization, representing six counties, 189 cities and more than 19 million residents. SCAG undertakes a variety of planning and policy initiatives to encourage a more sustainable Southern California now and in the future.
Brite Global was hired to replace SCAG's existing Customer Management System with MS CRM 4.0. This solution included technical analysis of the organizational structure, design of pilots and prototypes, configuration, customization, extending CRM and developing custom solutions using the SDK, Web services and plug-ins.

Sounddogs.com, launched in May 1997, was the world's first online commercial sound effects and production music library long before the Apple iTunes music store. We pride ourselves on having a vast, easily accessible sound library for immediate download (in .aiff, .wav. and .mp3) and packaged on CD/DVD or harddrive as the entire Soundstorm library.
Brite Global has worked with Sounddogs.com for over 10 years in the development and maintenance of their commercial sound effects library. Initially, when this project started, it involved a single server with custom Visual Basic and C++ components.
As the company evolved, the solution became a multi-tiered, multi-servered environment with terabytes of raw data, and multiple applications features the latest Microsoft products and technologies.

M.R. Investments managed residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California and the Western Region.
Brite Global started working with M.R. Investments to re-write their custom Property Management and Rentroll solution.
The project started as a custom hosted ASP.NET and SQL Server solution, which involved the management of properties and rental income, as well as custom reports and dashboards.
The project has been recently converted into our Rent Roll 2010 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, as is currently in development as a custom solution for CRM 2011.
